Terms of Service
1. Research-use-only products
Products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory research and in-vitro use by qualified purchasers. They are not drugs, medications, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products and are not sold for human or animal administration. We do not provide dosing, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary guidance.
“Research use only” labelling does not authorise a prohibited end use or override the actual intended use reflected by advertising, communications, instructions, or purchaser conduct. You must not buy, resell, market, relabel, administer, or use a product in a way inconsistent with these terms or applicable law.
2. Purchaser eligibility and attestations
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21, are authorised and competent to conduct the stated research, understand safe laboratory handling and storage, and will maintain appropriate records and controls. You also confirm that the order, destination, end user, end use, import, possession, storage, transfer, and disposal are lawful.
We may request institutional, business, end-user, end-use, import, or identity information. We may refuse or cancel an order when the information is insufficient, inconsistent, or indicates a prohibited use.
3. Regulatory responsibility
Purchasers are responsible for compliance with the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, FDA requirements and guidance, federal and state controlled-substance rules where applicable, customs law, and other relevant federal, state, and local requirements. No statement on this site represents FDA approval, clearance, authorization, or a therapeutic claim.
The customer is responsible for obtaining independent legal or regulatory advice. Product availability and fulfilment remain subject to compliance review.
4. Product information and certificates
Photographs, descriptions, analytical results, and certificates are provided to identify and document research products. Batch-specific third-party reports are the controlling analytical record where available. Website content is informational and may be corrected for typographical, pricing, availability, or data-entry errors. A laboratory report does not convert a research compound into an approved medicine or establish suitability for a particular experiment.
5. Orders, prices, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment and compliance checks are complete and we confirm fulfilment. We may correct an error, limit quantities, require additional verification, reject a payment, or cancel and refund an order before shipment. Customers are responsible for bank, network, exchange-rate, customs, tax, and intermediary charges not expressly included in the displayed total.
6. Payment authorization
Authorization for order payment. Each time you place an order by clicking the “Place Order” button, you authorize us to initiate a single electronic charge to the payment method you have provided, in the amount of your order, on the date of your order. You agree that any transaction you authorize complies with all applicable law. Once payment is authorized there cannot be any changes or corrections to the transaction. It is recommended that you print a copy of this authorization and retain it for your records.
Where ACH or e-Check is offered. Where an ACH or electronic cheque option is presented at checkout, clicking “Place Order” authorizes pepresearchlabs.com to initiate a single ACH or electronic debit to the bank account whose details you have provided, in the amount of your order, on the date of your order. Payments authorized after 2 PM Eastern time will be applied as of the next business day.
Account validation micro-entries. Where an ACH or electronic cheque option is presented at checkout, clicking “Place Order” also authorizes pepresearchlabs.com to initiate a one-time ACH debit and/or credit entry to that account for an amount of less than one dollar, for the sole purpose of validating the bank account details you have supplied, and to initiate an ACH credit to recover the amount of any such micro deposit. You agree that such transactions comply with all applicable law. Once you click “Place Order” you cannot revoke this authorization. Orders authorized after 2 PM Eastern time may receive account validation micro entries on the next business day.
Bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Where you select bank transfer or a cryptocurrency payment method, no charge is initiated by us. You send the payment yourself using the details displayed, and the order is accepted once the payment is received and compliance checks are complete. Payments settled by these methods are not reversible through a card scheme, and claims relating to them are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy and our Chargeback Policy.
Chargebacks. Before contacting your bank, card issuer or payment provider about an order, contact us at admin@pepresearchlabs.com so that the problem can be investigated. Our Chargeback Policy forms part of these terms and sets out which disputes we contest and what evidence we supply.
7. Availability of the website
This website is generally available twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. We nonetheless retain the right to make it unavailable at any time, for any reason, and for any length of time. By using this website you agree that we are not liable for any damage arising out of or related to such an interruption, suspension, or termination, or to the services or products described on it.
8. Relationship between us
We and the users of this website are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, employment, or other relationship is created or intended to be created by your use of this website.
9. Consequences of breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Where a breach causes harm to others, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any resulting loss, damage, or expense. If a dispute arises between us regarding these terms or your use of this website, it shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation backorders, mail delays, customs delays, carrier disruption, and lost shipments. We are not obliged to notify you in the event of such delays, and you remain responsible for making alternative arrangements and for any cost of doing so.
11. Entire agreement, severability, and headings
These terms, together with the Shipping & Returns Policy, the Chargeback Policy, and the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of this website, and supersede any prior understanding or agreement on the same subject, whether electronic, oral, or written. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall stay in full force. Headings are for reference only.
By ticking the research-use confirmation and clicking “Place Order” when placing your order, you agree to all of these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping & Returns Policy, our Chargeback Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
